Three more days to exam...& we had an eating party today! It's really a damn fun & high party in de house! Wondering whether isit to celebrate the end of assignments or the coming of exam, or maybe both...lol

We had the party with our neighbors (also known as classmates). We shared de foods tat we planned to cook...fried noodles, salads, bake chicken wings, bake salmon fish & curry chicken. Oh man, it's really tasty although it's de 1st time cook dishes...hehe

Oh my tat de students around de hostel must be fed up with our super noisy laughings & yelling...but i'm sure tat they used with it...haha

It's also de night to celebrate ivan ho's gf early b'day...given her suprise b'day song & cake...she must be super happy cuz of de surprised & a sweet wishing card plus a burberry handbag given by ivan...envy-nya :P

Everyone of us get drunk but it's a damn happy & unforgettable night!

Life in UK (Ep9) - A date in Chinos & haha..

It's a study week now, but we haven't even touch our notes yet.. 2 of my housemates went to overnight trips with other friends..left me & yan tyng in de house. So we decided to have lunch outside with the other classmate Ivan Ng in Chinos today...had chicken meal sets + pepsi for 2.50pounds only! Chinos is one of our favourite place where offers large sets of chicken meal with drink for free for a GREAT value. Most of us even can't finish up de meals & it ofcoz did happen to 3 of us...& finally brought it back as supper(i'm actually not one of them-am a huge eater!)...hehe

As usual, to decorate my blog i've uploaded some vid & pics below... :)

Life in UK (Ep8) - Scarborough + Whitby Trip

This was our 6th weekend trip which is Scarborough and Whitby.

First of all, there's a huge & pretty Scarborough Castle with beautiful views surrouding it. Due to paid for entry, we choosen not to enter, just to pictured outside.

Secondly, there's a beautiful beach in Whitby where u can see lots of families, kids, & couples are enjoying there.

Plus, a most well known food called "Fish & Chips" selling in McPie cafe. There's always a long queue & u can't believe tat de queue is almost cover up de road! U wonder how big is the size...look at 1 of de pic below tat i'm showing it.. I've realize that fish&chips is popular in UK...lol & been eating it since frm Blackpool trip. Seriously, the taste frm Whitby is much more better than Blackpool...no wonder having rumors of "famous fish&chips in whitby".

Hmm...oyea, there're many flies around too. Anywhere, anytime, especially when u're enjoying de famous fish&chips, & wearing ur fav yellow colour clothes...they will fly all over to u..to share ur chips, to shoot pics with ur pretty yellow shirt!!

There're also ducks selling in a store at market street, knwn as "Lucky Ducks". It's a small duckling made of glass by the artists, with different colours representing different months which cost 2.50pounds each if not mistaken.

Somemore, it's a place where such lots of cute couple dogs & puppies can be seen pulling by their masters all de way in Whitby.

Life in UK (Ep5) - Old Classmate Meet Up!

One of the glad things happen in Liverpool trip was meeting up with a long time ago classmate in UK!! I can't imagine that i can meet back this primary schoolmate! Just felt like the thing was going on so smoothly...with fb & phone we get to meet up each other! We met up during my Liverpool trip last week. We had a date on 26th Jul in Liverpool high street, had our breakfast/consider lunch in Lobster Pot & had a fun shopping time. Thanks god that one of my wish came true...lol. Hopefully we still carry on keeping contact with each other in the future. =)

Life in UK (Ep4) - Meadowhall again...whee

It's another shopping day at Meadowhall again due to summer sales. Not spent as much as the previous day(where around 70pounds spent out for family&relatives last Mon) but still spent 45pounds plus today(where actually brought not more than 20pounds, but finally spent over budget with my great debitcard). What i bought? Eh hem...some make up stuffs that aren't sale in M'sia, a shoulder bag, 3quarter pants & a hand bag. =D

Garnier dissolver frm Superdrugs, Natural Collection(Boots' own collection) kits frm Boots, NYC shoulder bag frm Sports Direct, 3quater pants frm Primark, & Nica bag frm Topshop(which is not in my shopping list...lol). Gotta eat plain rice & noodles again for the coming week. =( Omg, i must delete "shopping" frm my mind again!

Life in UK (Ep3) - A Trip in Bakewell, Peak District

Today seems to be a nice day which having small rain in Sheffield. Some of my buddies frm Liverpool came over to Sheffield here for few days. So we decided to had a backpack day trip in Bakewell, Peak District in the early morning. 1 hour journey travelling frm Sheffield City to Peak District by bus. This was the 1st time for our backpacking trip i guess. =P As usual, i bought some (2 pieces) postcards every time reaching a new place. ^^ If u ask me what i seen alot in Peak District...i guess is beautiful flowers & plants! hehe...most of the pics we taken are with the pretty colourful flowers. =D

It was quite enjoyable although we can't manage to make all visits to the attraction places in Peak District (especially the National Park mountain =( )due to the raining weather. Anyway, it's a great experience to backpack for trip by our own instead of following coach trip all the time. =)

Omg, it's raining more heavily now (the most heavy rain i've seen so far in Sheffield with small tender).

Some of the photos frm Bakewell;

Life in UK - Trips Trips Trips!

Time pass so rapidly. It's already the 6th week staying in Sheffield UK now. Had been to many trips around UK every weekends (York, Manchester, London, Cambridge, Blackpool & this coming sat to Whitby) with my classmates & housemates. It's happy staying in UK here. How wonderful it would be if i can live in UK the rest of my life, where such nice weather & environment exist here. ^^ The purpose of flying all the way to England here is to continue with my top-up degree programme. We are too enjoy our life here plus the tripss that persuade us to forgot about & no heart for our top-up programme lol. It's true & we can't deny about enjoying our lifes here!

Below are some proves that shows we are really enjoying our lifes in UK here!! =D

York Minster (YORK Trip)

Manchester United, Old Trafford (MANCHESTER Trip)

Stonehenge (LONDON Trip)

Kings College, Cambridge Uni (CAMBRIDGE Trip)

Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower (BLACKPOOL Trip)

It seems that we come to UK for trips & travelling instead of top-up degree programme! Y(^.^)Y

I'm still worrying about the chances of looking for part time job after my 3 months top-up programme. My fb friend yennam & his father(who are working in UK currently) called me before, told me that is not a problem to look for a job(without permit) in UK here, as long as i knw English language. Another friend(knw her in a church in Sheffield) Celina, told me that's not a problem to look for a job as well, as long as working in a more urban side-there wont/might not have inspection by the police officer. However, many of them incl friends & relatives said that it's difficult & no chance to look for a job if without permit. It's because the employer will be fine for a big sum of money or be put in jail for 2 years if being caught by the police officer for employing workers who are without permit. =/

Wondering why...

One of my friend(who been to pub interview with me) told me that she wanna work in a snooker bistro which offers waitress vacancies. She has just been to the interview and the salary offered by them was... RM900 per month(6days/wk, 7 hours/day)! omg, it's so less......& she has agreed to work. =.=

She is currently having her practical training at day(mon-fri), & planning to work partime at night(which the snooker bistro fits her time). I actually had given her advices about working other parttime jobs such as promoter(on sat & sun)...which having high pay per day(>RM100). But i don't understand why she don't want...& instead of working relax-ly on weekends, she prefer for parttime job straight away after her prac. training hours & without sleeping the whole night...with low pay!

Anyway, i respect her decision & hope she'll enjoy her works...

Chilling experience during interview O.O

Hey there, i wanna share something & this gives me an idea of starting out my blog...

Just few days ago, i went to a pub for an interview with 2 of my friends(coz we're planning to work parttime at night in club/pub)...the environment inside looks like a proper pub, but when the staff bring us to the room at the upper floor(the place where we had interview), it looks like a gangsters place...full of smokes...& what that frightened us was...we saw plenty packets of drugss in the room! Even the staffs' expression there can be obviously seen had been taken drugs...walao...

During the interview, my friends applied for bartender & i as receptionist. Finally, due to unable to arrange our time for work, we gotta refuse the job offered. Anyway, it's good for us not to work at there...can eliminate frm drugss. If not, we gotta lockup by de police everyday if working full time there...lol.
